A wonderful day with Lello

We (grandparents, children and grandchildren – 7 in total) – had a wonderful tour of the Amalfi coast with Lello Cibelli. Lello made everything we saw come alive with his stories and the knowledge he has about this wonderful area. A wonderful experience for all of us, he made the difference between a routine visit to the area and a fascinating experience. He is an excellent driver on those amazing roads with their hairpin bends! Lello also picked us up from the airport and drove us back to Naples at the end of a wonderful holiday.

Travelling with Lello

It is the little things that can make the difference between a good and a ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS holiday. Having the opportunity for my family and I to travel with Lello Cibelli, to and from Naples to Nerrano, and then also to drive from Nerrano to Positano, was an unexpected bonus to our trip. Lello is so much more than a fabulous safe driver, he is such a warm, lovely man who gave us so many insights into this amazing country and we had many great chats. I highly recommend that if you travel to the Amalfi Coast, you seek out the opportunity to travel with Lello. My family and I hope to see Lello again for sure and look forward to our next chapter of stories and entertainment.

Wonderful experience

Excellent driver!

Lello picked my parents, my son and I up from the port in Naples. We had a very specific itinerary for this port, and Lello drove us to Herculaneum and then to Mt. Vesuvius. He was very nice and extremely considerate with us; you can tell he truly enjoys what he does. We would not hesitate to contact him again if we ever go back to the Naples area.

We have used Lello before and wouldn’t think of using anyone else for transfers, local tours, or simply just to get around. This review relates to our trip last year. As normal, Lello was a great resource to rely on. Arriving into Rome, we had booked a bus transfer down to Sorrento and sent an enquiry to Lello about getting around once we arrived in Sorrento. Lello asked why we were getting the bus transfer and gave us a more economical option for pickup from Rome and private transfer to Sorrento than what we had planned. We were delighted to be able to spend some travel time with Lello again. When returning to Rome, Lello was equally as convenient for us.

Lello is a sincere, genuine, pleasant, person to be around. It is a pleasure to be able to use his services on our travels. Our experiences are often shaped by the people we encounter and travellers will be better off for the time they spend with Lello. When you are holidaying in a foreign country, reliability, punctuality, local knowledge, character and a great personality are important attributes our family looks for in people providing tourist services. Exceptional transfer service!

Lello Cibello was bar none one of the best drivers we’ve had. Lello is fantastic, he was referred by our friends. He made our trip memorable. In addition to providing transfers from Naples airport (also does Rome airport), he is a private tour guide. Lello speaks excellent English, is very gracious, and knowledgeable of the area and very punctual. He picked us up and returned our group to the airport and we hired him for a day of tours in the Sorrento area. He took us on a tour of a Limoncello factory and a cheese factory. Both were exceptional experiences.

Excellent Transfer Service!

Excellent Service wonderful expertise!

Lello Cibelli is one the best drivers we’ve ever had! (And we have had many!) He picked us up at the airport in Naples and took us to Sorrento. In the meantime, explaining, in perfect English, the sites along the way. A few days later we had asked him to drive us from Sorrento to Ravello stopping in Positano and Amalfi. His driving is very careful, especially on many of the winding roads on the Amalfi coast. He is also an incredibly good guide as well and knows all the roads and history of the area like the back of his hand. If my company ever has any conferences in the Sorrento area I would not hesitate to use Easy Driver Sorrento for our company needs. We recommend Lello very highly; he is extremely gracious, punctual and a great person.

A pleasant way to travel

We used Lello Cibelli of Easy Driver Sorrento on the recommendation of a friend. He chauffeured us from Sorrento to Ravello for a piano recital we had booked during the 2013 Ravello Festival of Music. There were 8 of us traveling. Lello was punctual, well dressed and polite. As a local of Sorrento, he was well versed in the history of the area and provided us with a lot of information as we traveled. He allowed plenty of time for the journey and drove at a pleasant speed so we could enjoy the journey, and the sights and views along the way. He waited for us in Ravello and then returned us to our hotel at the conclusion of the event.

At the end of our stay in Sorrento, we had planned to take a private vehicle transfer to Naples and then catch a train from Naples to our next stop in Rome. However, we were so impressed with Lello that we asked him to drive us to Rome. His costs are very economical. In fact, it was cheaper for us to travel with Lello to Rome than take the transfer/train option for 7 people. Again, the journey was great; a little longer than travelling by train but, with Lello’s inimitable charm, we were well informed and entertained along the way. Lello made a stop a little over half way for a toilet and refreshment break, before continuing on to Rome and negotiating the myriad of busy streets and one-way systems to arrive safely outside our hotel.

Having taken many private vehicle transfers in Italy, we know that Lello’s services are exceptional. We would highly recommend him to other travellers.

Excellent transfer service from Sorrento

Lello Cibelli of Easy Driver Sorrento came to our rescue not once but twice on our holiday on the Amalfi coast. He made the transfers between our destinations so easy, comfortable and informative. we decided to seek a personal transfer service. We checked with some tour companies in Sorrento and also sent emails to various transfer services We found through a Google search. Lello responded promptly to the email and with the most competitive quote. He picked us up at our hotel in a spotless E Class Mercedes. En route to Ravello he gave us fascinating insights into local culture and history. His English is excellent and he answered questions thoroughly. Once in Ravello, we contacted Lello and asked him to drive us to Naples port. The quote was reasonable, so we booked him again. This time our journey took us over the mountains and along the motorway into Naples. Lello once again proved to be our personal tour guide, providing us with a wealth of information about life on the Amalfi coast and in Naples. Lello made our holiday all the more enjoyable by making the transfers so painless and by offering us so much local information. We would enthusiastically recommend his chauffeuring services to others visiting the Amalfi coast.

Wonderful day in Sorento!

Dear Lello, we have arrived home from our cruise of the Mediterranean. Linda and I would like to compliment you on the wonderful day we spent with you in Sorrento.
